The Commonwealth Heroine Celebration is an opportunity to recognize the women across the state who don’t always make the news but who are truly making a difference in their communities, businesses, or volunteer endeavors.

About the MCSW Trust Fund

The MCSW is an independent state agency that is funded by a line item in the state budget. Its Trust Fund was established in accordance with its enabling legislation in 2004 to provide funds for special projects and the additional expenses incurred as a result of these projects. Join the MCSW as we celebrate more than 25 years of elevating the women and girls of the Commonwealth.

This year’s raised funds will go towards launching the MCSW Scholarship designed to support non-traditional adult women students completing their degrees, and sustaining growth for the MCSW Trust Fund so we can continue to invest in our future leaders of Massachusetts.
