As the Administrative Assistant for the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women, Darlene Kelter ensures the day-to-day operation of the office run smoothly and efficiently. Darlene is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including data management, bookkeeping, maintaining office protocols and compliance, and more.  

Darlene has a long history of supporting the MCSW, and previously worked for the organization from 2004-2009 as a former Administrative Assistant. Darlene truly enjoys being a part of the MCSW team and is committed to the mission of advancing women and girls toward full equity in all areas of life and to provide a permanent, effective voice for women and girls across Massachusetts.  

A married mother of four—two sets of twins—Darlene lives in Lynnfield, MA. She is dedicated to supporting school activities for children to thrive, is active with her local PTO, and supports fundraising initiatives on behalf of the school. As the parent representative for all sporting clubs, she organizes fundraisers, travel accommodations, team social activities, and more. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
