We want to hear from you! Join the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women (MCSW) for a listening session for the Girls of the Commonwealth. This free event is open to all! Girls and young women across Massachusetts are invited to come together, speak up, and share what matters most to them and their communities. Your voices will help shape MCSW’s policy priorities and future programming for girls and young women in 2026. Register by November 7, 2025. If you register after the deadline, we cannot guarantee accessibility accommodations.
The Commission holds regular public hearings and listening sessions around the Commonwealth each year. The purpose of our public events is to give community stakeholders the opportunity to discuss issues and concerns important to women and girls, as well as the gaps or barriers they have experienced in the provision of services available. Leaders and residents from across the Commonwealth are invited to attend, and testimony is open to any member of the public, including elected officials, to learn more about the topic at hand and hear directly from residents and constituents.
Translation, ASL, and other language and accessibility options are available – register to indicate your need or email MCSWPrograms@mass.gov if you have any questions.
