Carol is the President/CEO and Founder of Chicopee Industrial Contractor (1992) and is certified by the Commonwealth (SDO) and WBENC as a WBE. With a degree from UMASS/Amherst in Organizational Leadership, Carol has developed a corporate culture in which all employees are stakeholders with a current leadership team of all women. In addition to her work at Chicopee Industrial Contractors, Carol has been recognized as a Woman of Impact, Business West 2021 and Woman of the Year, Professional Woman Association 2014. Carol has served on numerous boards in Western Mass with a mission to serve women and girls. Carol’s personal mission is to pay it forward to allow all women and girls a voice and a seat at the table.
