Natascha George was appointed to the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women (MCSW) in 2025 by Senate President Karen Spilka. A partner in Goodwin’s ERISA & Executive Compensation group, Natascha focuses her practice on executive compensation and employee benefits law. With more than 29 years of experience in the industry, she advises clients regarding executive employment and consulting arrangements, severance obligations, and equity and equity-based compensation plans, both in the ordinary course and in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and other business restructurings, initial public offerings, and bankruptcy proceedings. She works with clients ranging from multinational public companies to closely held businesses in the design, implementation, maintenance, and termination of executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements.
