Raven Harris is an entrepreneur and native of Springfield, MA, who has dedicated her adult years to empowering children and young women in the community. She attended Westfield State University, majoring in Business Management and began her professional career early. Raven has coached cheerleading for ten years, starting at her high school alma mater, leading them to multiple championships.

In addition to being a business owner, Raven is TEFL certified and has used her philanthropic skills to have an impact on children overseas in Ghana. She lives by the Shirley Chisholm quote, “If they don’t give you a seat at the table, bring a folding chair.” She has received several community awards, including the CHD Game Changer Award for her dedication to uplifting others in the community. Raven brings many areas of expertise to the commission and is excited to join the MCSW team and impact women across the Commonwealth.
